Guests must be accompanied by a stockholder while fishing

Wind and man-powered boats welcome (kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, rowboats)
Docks: 20 ft. max length, 30" above water level
No covered boat storage structures
Community rafts/floats at access points are for everyone's use
Lakefront owners: direct access from property
Non-lakefront owners: use dikes and designated access areas (see map below)
30-foot Corporation strip around all lakes - walking access for all stockholders
Do not obstruct access paths
Swimming welcome during appropriate seasons
Ice skating in winter (check ice conditions for safety)
Check ice thickness before winter activities (minimum 4" for walking, 5-7" for groups)
No lifeguards on duty - swim at your own risk
Supervise children at all times
Lakes treated seasonally for aquatic weeds and water quality
Treatment dates posted in advance
Signs posted at lakes and on roadsides in advance of treatments
Robocalls sent in advance of treatments (se sure to update phone numbers with the board to receive robocalls)
Chemical applications comply with NYS law
Follow all posted fishing, swimming, and water use restrictions during treatment
Do NOT introduce plants, vegetation, or aquatic species without Board authorization
Respect the natural ecosystem
Report excessive weed growth or water quality concerns to the Board and refer to the lake treatment schedule
