Your Board of Directors is committed to keeping our community a great place to live.
As part of that commitment, we have adopted a clear, fair process for handling both complaints and grievances.
“Something I don’t like or disagree with”
A complaint is any concern, suggestion, or disagreement you have - even if no rule has been broken.
For example: “My neighbor’s dogs are barking constantly and it’s disturbing.”
“Someone is breaking the rules”
A grievance is a formal report that a specific Highland Glens rule or bylaw is being violated.
For example: “A resident installed a fence without obtaining board approval.” Grievances trigger a formal review process.
To complete the complaint or grievance form below: Hover your cursor over the Compliant Form or Grievance Form box. A small light gray square will appear in the upper right corner of the box. When you hover over that box a text box will appear that says "open google forms." Click that box and complete the form. It will go directly to the HG Board.
What Happens After You Submit?
Once received, the Board follows a consistent process to make sure nothing falls through the cracks:
1. Your concern is logged and assigned to Board members who are not personally involved.
2. The assigned leads gather information and work toward a resolution.
3. The full Board reviews and votes on a resolution.
4. You will receive a response or status update within 14 calendar days of submission.
**All submissions are handled with care and confidentiality. Personal details are never shared publicly.
